Your withdrawal will be processed instantly even on weekends & bank holidays. In case your bank does not support IMPS, your withdrawal will be processed via NEFT.

Withdrawal Terms & Process

  • You may withdraw your winnings by an electronic bank transfer to your verified bank account, subject to successful KYC verification.
  • The name on the bank account must match the name on the PAN card.
  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the lobby screen on the ZESTY GAMES app.
  • You can withdraw your entire balance in the withdrawable segment at any point. Deposits cannot be withdrawn.
  • All withdrawals are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Check your bank account for "CASHFREE" or "RAZORPAY" entries, our official payment partners.

Transaction Timelines & Errors

IMPS payments are processed immediately after the request is raised. However, delays may occur due to bank maintenance or downtime. If your withdrawal status shows ‘Submitted to bank’ but no credit received, wait for up to 3 working days for final status. If reversed, funds will be credited back automatically.

Monitoring & Fraud Prevention

Withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity like multiple accounts or unusual gameplay. We promote responsible play and prevent unauthorized or illegal activity.

Restrictions

  • Referral rewards from promotions cannot be withdrawn and may only be used for playing cash games.
